Well-dressed barflies buzzing in transit will find it easy to alight on this I-Can’t-Believe-It’s-A-Hotel-Bar Hotel Bar

Editorial

Quickly and meticulously, the Vibe Hotel chain colonised the nation's bigger cities to provide an accommodation option that was at once unfussy and vogue. Aimed squarely at a younger demographic to whom the idea of either slow wi-fi or lace doilies was pure poison, this lodging choice filled a niche with style.

Vibe takes this same contemporary, uncluttered and friendly feel right into its food and beverage service. It's an aesthetic and approach you might call convenience chic.

As you might imagine, then, the Curve bar is not a character filled nook crammed with unexpected surprises. It doesn't scream serendipity. But it doesn't shriek trouble, either. As a bar in your hotel, it's certainly better than average. As a bar on your way home from work, it's average. But sometimes, average is just what you crave.

The café portion of the concern serves fresh, perfectly decent meals. The staff is fresh and perfectly decent. It's easy to jive with this fresh, perfectly decent vibe.

For fans of the pour, beer here is largely served in the small, imported bottles favoured by the Vibe market segment. In short, you know exactly what you're getting. That's the great thing about Vibe.
