Sydney is Australia’s capital of Thai restaurants and Home is one of the more authentic. The stylish and modern interior also sports an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs in action and see the dishes being prepared too. The crispy pork belly is great as is the kanom jeeb (pork, prawn and water chestnut dumplings). Many of the dishes are uber spicy so best to have a coconut juice on hand to quench the fire. Home is a popular eatery so it’s best to get here early, otherwise be prepared to wait for a table.
