The name says it all really. These guys are specialists in noodles and it is a joy to taste, and watch – depending on where you sit you can glimpse into the kitchen and see the art of noodle making in progress. It’s loud, suitably kitsch and it packs them in. Favourites include the pork and chive dumplings and the salt and pepper prawns.
