We are truly seeing a golden age of dining in Sydney. Just when you think, surely we have enough excellent eateries, another pops up. Orto Trading Co. has managed to combine great food with a good deal of originality too. This is a modern and stylish fit-out with some great design aspects that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Touches such as using wooden boards as serving plates adds to the homey feel. Food-wise, you really can’t go wrong, but do try the slow-cooked pork shoulder and the rabbit pie. Or for vegetarians go the cabbage rolls with mushrooms and pearl barley.
