Gold Lounge bar/dining area freezing cold - staff agreed but made no effort to change or let management know. Service poor - not busy- a disappointing experience.

Cinema was as cold as a meat locker and I should know as I worked in one for five years. Why so cold. Our food and drinks took one hour to get to us. We will not be repeating this experience, a real waste of money.

3 weeks of arranging a night out with no kids - 2 drinks spilt all over me ! Then took 15mins to get some napkins to wipe it up. Not Good, ruined the whole night
