Not sure if the chef has changed but our last experience was shocking. We ordered two steaks, one medium, one well done. And we got two overcooked dry tough pieces of inedible meat. It was hardly grilled on the outside and dry on the inside. It felt boiled rather than grilled. Tasteless. We both had a bit and gave up. The Caesar salad as entree was good. We didn't stay for a dessert. Service was very long. We waited at least 10 minutes with no-one in sight to try to pay the bill. Finally we walked to the reception and waited there until finally someone noticed us and helped us pay the bill. We won't be back.
