Grant King’s (former head chef from Pier Restaurant) new venture, Gastro Park, is thrilling foodies to no end and here’s why, it ticks all the right boxes. From the stunning location (in the Barcelona building) to its beautiful interior that blends warmth with high-end design, to the spectacular menu, this is a special restaurant. An example of its culinary excellence might be duck with local wild tagliatelle or crispy scaled snapper, smoked potato puree, calamari crackling and ink sauce.
