Two Forks Restaurant, Sebel Parramatta The
Editorial
Standing tall above the buildings of Parramatta, The Sebel can be found on the quiet side of the river, and within its long limbs sits Two Forks. Close to the centre of town but away from the bustle, the restaurant caters for guests and locals who visit at breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Recline in the adjoining bar for a cocktail or glass of wine before settling into the Two Forks contemporary dining room. Sprawled across the hotel’s ground floor, the restaurant’s simple setting exudes a casual atmosphere, perfect for a quick snack or buffet meal. These welcoming surrounds cater to all, from families and groups to couples and corporates.
Executive chef Mohammed Taheri’s Mediterranean a la carte menu is peppered with the flavours of France, Italy and Spain. Though the menu changes quarterly, the ever-popular grill favourites continue to find a spot in the list – much to the satisfaction of the restaurant’s regulars. Two Forks’ popular theme nights see Mondays channelling Asia with an interactive noodle bar, while on Wednesdays the buffet reflects Pizza, Pasta, Risotto night. The Sebel is the ultimate function venue, with 11 function rooms, a grand ballroom and a number of banquet menus to choose from. Two Forks is open from 6.30am to 10pm every day.
