Ordered our meal online at 7.40pm, received a text message at 8.10pm telling us it would be delivered at 9.10pm. I called to cancel as it was going to take too long and I was rushed off the phone by an employee telling me that the food was already being cooked and would be delivered in 10-15 minutes. I repeated that back to him to confirm what he had just said and was told 'yes, yes it will be there in 10-15 minutes’. Then received a call at 8.50pm (25 minutes after they should have already delivered the food) to tell us that something we had ordered had run out. At which point we told them not to bother.
