For a brief moment I was a bit worried this place was a neo-Nazi stomping ground, then I read up on my Korean lingo and discovered that SSam actually means "wrapped". In other words, yummy food stashed in mouth-watering leafy packages. Korean barbecues have become all the rage, and it's not heard to understand why, with evidently fresh flavours boosted by the joy of the giant hairdryer ritual. It's a great way to kick off the night with bunch of mates, and SSam doesn't let you down. Surreally, even the veggies get a look in. So no meat supremacists here.
