Well, the name pretty much sums this place up. Except that some would say it should be called, ‘The Best Chinese Dumpling and Noodle House in Sydney’. What this eatery lacks in décor and ambience it more than makes up for with its perfectly cooked home-made noodles and outstanding dumplings. Try the noodles with pork mince, and you cannot leave here without eating at least six of the pan-fried beef buns. The salt and pepper tofu and the eggplant in Peking sauce will keep the vegetarians happy. Obligingly they have kept the prices down, even though the regulars would happily pay more.
