Located on the mezzanine level of BreakFree on George, Shanghai Tang specialises in what it's city namesake is famous for: dumplings. The Xiao Long Bao is a soup dumpling, that is to say the broth is inside the dumpling, and as tradition dictates, it's served with a special vinegar dipping sauce. Freshly pan fried dumplings are also on the menu.
