This is Laif Etournard's popular sequel to Onzain, his popular Bondi beachside bistro. Onde means "wave" in French, which is more than appropriate, as this is one of the new wave of quintessential, easygoing, good value, deeply groovy bistros punctuating the inner suburbs.
Serves are generous, flavours are true, and garnishes - and food prices - are kept to a minumum.
