The Colombian is spread over two large sectioned areas: the Main Bar downstairs and the Lounge Bar upstairs. Both feature low-lighting and high ceilings, plenty of dance space and large bars with wide service areas. The Lounge Bar often has theme nights - like the Same Sex Salsa classes, which are fine until the boys start arguing over who gets to wear the ruffle skirt during the dips!
The drinks are quite good - the cocktails are fresh and very affordable given the location. In summer, try the 'Water Tanq' with Tanqueray Gin, fresh watermelon and watermelon liqueur for $12 or for a more wintery treat, try the 'Delerium Tremens' with Baileys, Kahlua, Crème de Cacao with a huge dash of chocolate and cream for just $13.
On weekends there are DJs until late and quite a few people go there early to meet up with friends and get in the party spirit before heading off for some seriously late night clubbing. You can always come back, presuming you are still sober enough, as this is a true late night venue, but it can get pretty chokers in the wee hours.

The security there have no idea what a drunk person is. They AND the manager are absolutly pathetic in every sense of the word. 3 times I have been there this year,...all three times I hadn't had a single drink and INFACT was sober. I was refused entry. I would never go there again and really recommend you don't either!!!!!

I am too old now and I am not allowed on the gay scene anymore. It's very cruel and unfair. I WAS BEAUTIFUL ONCE!!! Bastards......
