Rossini Restaurant, named after composer Alberto Rossini, is situated in the prime location of Sydney Harbour's Circular Quay with its breathtaking views and vibrant buzzing atmosphere, which Rossini has been renowned for for over 15 years. Owner Carlo La Rosa started Rossini in 1983. It was a time when Australians were still naive as to the diverse tastes of Italian and European food.
