The food may be fine and the view is spectacular, but the service was some of the rudest I have encountered anywhere in the world - and not just from one staff member. Seems there was attitude aplenty across the board. I won't be going back there, no matter how amazing the location.

I experienced the same thing with the staff. They are very rude and know how to ruin a lovely day.

I saw roaches crawling up patrons at Cafe Sydney. The waitstaff was rude and unapologetic about the entire incident. They even implied it happens frequently! I will never go back there. It was a god awful experience. Please take my advice and stay away.
