Chatswood RSL
Editorial
The interiors and décor feel like a five-star hotel, luxurious and stylish, but maybe a bit too clean and sterile for my liking. They could dim the lights a bit for a more intimate mood.
But who's complaining, when the beer is super-cheap and reliable pub food can be found at the Chit Chats Bistro, or if you're looking for a healthier dining option, at Shades on Victoria.
Other entertainment includes Ceroc dance parties - a fusion of Salsa and Jive that is apparently an easy dance to learn and a great way to combine exercise and fun. On Friday afternoons there are live music 'Chill Sessions' at Shades on Victoria to ease you into the weekend. This includes a happy hour with a $3.00 beer of the month - a great way to decompress from work-week stress.
Transport to the RSL includes a local shuttle bus service so can leave the car at home. And if you live further out, the Chatswood RSL is conveniently located right by the Chatswood Station.
