It's not every day that you find a half decent eatery in a shopping centre food court, but Chase Oyster Bar gives it a damn good go for your money. It's more akin to fancy bar food than a restaurant really, with a decidedly European leaning. As well as your choice of oysters, natural or cooked in a variety of styles, you can plump for hearty pasta dishes, plenty of seafood options or several steaks including a tasty wagyu rump. If you happen to find yourself in Chatswood, it sure beats Hungry Jacks or Macca's.
