Lunchtime. Table of four. We arrived before another table, served afterwards. Waiter took forever to bring out wine glasses and eventually got round to taking the order. Stuffed up the order by forgetting one of the entries. Subsequently delayed the entire sitting. Main course arrived - but in two goes. One guest had to wait whilst the rest of us started. Finished main course...took forever to take away plates.....then they wondered why we needed service...for coffee. Good food but crap service. We felt as though we were intruding. Paid the bill and never going back.
