Criniti's Castle Hill officially opened in November 2011. The Matthew Darwin designed space includes spacious dining area for 350 customers spread over 2 levels with a sophisticated mix of banquets and chairs to complement the rustic decor. A Lamborghini engine is suspended from the domed ceiling on the second floor, while the pizza bar is completely finished with copper.
