While the cocnept of the resort is a fabulous set up for families the restaurant was possibly the worst dining experience our family has ever experienced. We came to Raffertys through a promotional package offering accomodation and breakfast. On the first morning we had to wait an hour for bacon and eggs, this is a long time to wait with two hungry children. I ordered the bircher museli to be given fruit and yoghurt - I think they forgot the key ingredient OATS. We therefore decided to cook our own dinner rather than risk another disappointing meal. We had to return the next morning (part of our package) and hoped it would be better only to wait just as long and only had three options as the kitchen had run out of the other choices as well as being uncertain of whether the bircher was safe to serve to me. Overall save your self the suffering and head to the pub at Swansea.
