There is nothing bad to say about this café other than it’s hard to get a table. This shoebox sized, hip as hell café had a simple plan, and that was to do damn good coffee, and they do. They roast on site which is almost becoming obligatory if you want to be taken seriously about your coffee. Early mornings see workers grabbing takeaways, while those with a more flexible schedule linger over perfectly made coffee and pastries. You won’t get a big breakfast here, but you will get their incredible banana bread. Try it with a side of passionfruit butter.
