In a city that has long run on the sizzle of excessive seafood, it’s extraordinary to find a place that addresses ocean sustainability. Working with the Marine Stewardship Council, Fish and Co does its level best to cast a line only in waters that can handle the pull. Thanks to food ethics, this high end chippery is a little more expensive than most. However, it’s a whole lot more delicious. Recommended.
