The beer vats of Zierholz originally hail from the Wild Duck Brewery in Oregon, US. Dismantled and transported down to Oz with the maximum care and effort, Zierholz brewery was born. Brewer Christopher, who lends his surname to the joint, grew up in Schwabia, Germany, so all in all it's a good international mix that creates the perfect drop around these parts. He took home the Grand Champion Brewer title two years running at the Australian amateur brewing awards.
