Sizzle Bento is the largest chain of Japanese restaurants in Canberra, and it’s not too hard to see why they are doing so well. Despite being a “chain” they retain a sense of friendly service and fresh food that makes it well worth dropping in. All sushi is made fresh on site, so none of that dried tasteless rubbish. Whether you want sashimi, sizzling teriyaki or crispy tempura, the menu caters for all tastes.
