Murmur

+39 Pizzeria & Degustation
362 Little Bourke Street, Melbourne
Named Epicure's best pizzeria of last year, +39 certainly comes with a pedigree, and for once it's probably well deserved. Though there are certainly contenders to this throne, what they do here in this dinky little palazzo is somewhat superb. Handily located right in the heart of the city, genuine Italian waiters serve up stunning creations like the Aragosta with lobster and black caviar or the Wagyu with marbled Bresaola, cream of artichokes and Fior di Latte. It's heaven on a thin and crispy base, and the cheese and cured meat degustation selection's eccelente too.
