This blink-and-you'll-miss-it noodle shop is located upstairs, not unusual for Japan, but in Australia we need to be trained to crane our necks. Here, we should. Ramen Kan is usually packed full of noodle worshippers who appreciate the real deal, ramen and udon noodles served in a variety of heady broths and a plethora of condiments to boot.
