This simple yet stylish restaurant in Cabramatta has the locals talking. While the interior is a cut above most surrounding eateries it is the food that is impressing most. The Cantonese dishes are bursting with flavour and you’ll be hard pressed to make a choice. Try the Shan Dong chicken, beautifully tender with crispy skin and served with black vinegar. Other must-haves is the fried beef noodles and the prawns in XO chilli sauce. Try their great selection of desserts too. A large outside area caters for the overflow and is great on sunny days for some serious people watching.
