Tramway Hotel

Despite a mild mannered makeover, the Tramway has maintained its local pub charm unlike the many others that have fallen into the gastropub pit overtaking the inner city. Its daggy and downtrodden past has been given a scrub and polish - but not too much. Go to the Tramway if you want a pretty decent pub burger and a beer. They offer everything else a pub should offer too but keep in mind that it's simple and unpretentious fare. Fitzroy is one of those pub-on-every-corner kinda' places so there's plenty to pick from.
