Eco-certified winery Sinclair’s Gully is shooing away the winter blues with warm reds, crisp whites and local cheese in a natural bushland setting.

Editorial

Warm up this winter with a little help from your friends at Sinclair’s Gully. Every weekend in June and August, the winemakers are shooing away the winter blues with delicious regional cheese platters and mulled wine and Muscat. Warm the belly with superb drops and warm your hands by the braziers in this natural bush setting.

Serving winter warmers every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm, this is a delicious way to while away the afternoon hours. Gather family and friends and take the 20-minute drive from the Adelaide CBD to Sinclair’s Gully in Norton Summit where Sue and Sean Delaney will welcome you with open arms. Nestled in candlebark forest in the Adelaide Hills, this 26-acre property is the perfect weekend escape, so find a spot by the fire and admire the wildlife.

This award-winning winery and eco-certified cellar door is the perfect cure for winter chills, so follow the trail to this bushland oasis – and don’t forget your winter woollies! The property was purchased by the Delaneys in 1997 with the aim to restore the bushland and produce quality wine. Sinclair’s Gully produces cool climate, handcrafted wines, which are heavenly when teamed with a selection of scrumptious cheese. You’ll find Sinclair’s Gully on Colonial Drive in Norton Summit; find more information at www.sinclairsgully.com, phone (08) 8390 1995 or email wine@sinclairsgully.com.
