Get a double hit of flavour by matching caffeine to cuisine at a unique coffee workshop as part of Perth City Food and Wine Month 2009. Slip down one of the city’s most charming laneways, Wolf Lane, on Wednesday, 18 March and learn about the art of matching food with your favourite coffee. Prized Perth coffee treasure Tiger, Tiger is teaming up with Western Australian coffee roaster Fiori Coffee for this unique one-hour workshop. From 5.30pm to 6.30pm, these two local institutions will educate and motivate Perth’s coffee-loving locals in the inspiring setting of Tiger, Tiger coffee shop. Sample Fiori’s heart-starting single-origin coffee, plus Muscat and Tokay, matched to delicious morsels.
Established in early 2006, Fiori Coffee specialises in artisan roasted coffees, converting many to the humble bean with its delicious concoctions. Tiger, Tiger is one of Perth’s most popular haunts, brewing up Fiori Coffee and delicious bites in a fun, funky atmosphere. Together, they will offer a not-to-be-missed event as part of the jam-packed Food and Wine Month program.
