Riffing on a theatrical theme that's more than appropriate for this area of the CBD, with Her Majesty's Theatre just up the road, there's a real back stage feel to this far more relaxed venue than its upstairs cousin. An edgier affair, the cocktails are in no way inferior, though there is a unique twist in this play: there is only one type of each spirit, lovingly chosen by these masters of their craft. Perfect for those who love a cocktail without all the fancy schmancy branding malarky.
