For seven years, Adam Hills has held our attention fast as the risible host of a riotous show about rock. It was, perhaps, his out-and-outness niceness as much as it was his great wit that made him and his quiz show such a great hit.

Few of us are happy to see the pleasant madness end and it is this discontent that will ensure great attendance, great sentiment and great fun at the live version of the Australian TV favourite.
