Combine the music from Disney, the drama of Lord of the Rings, and the emotion of Les Miserables, put them in a blender, rewrite the script and you have something close to resembling Sammy J in the Forest of Dreams.

Melbourne-based comedian, actor and writer, Sammy J, who won the 2006 Best Newcomer award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and has appeared regularly on the hit Australian television shows Spicks and Specks and Good News Week, joins forces with award-winning puppeteer Heath McIvor from The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and The Hobbit fame, and into the magical forest they go.

But, it's not all as it seems in this harmonious world of impish forest creatures picking berries for their king, as 14 potty-mouthed puppets turn their forest upside down and give new meaning to prima donna Hollywood actors.

Following a sell-out season in Edinburgh and London's West End, and voted five stars by the Scotland on Sunday and The Daily Record, this comedy spectacular, featuring a toe-tapping soundtrack and stunning visual effects, will have you in stitches.
