Perez Hilton is calling out the lawyers after allegedly being assaulted by a member of Black Eyed Pea's entourage.

A storms a brewin' between Black Eyed Peas and celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton, with lawsuits starting to fly thick and fast. As you may have heard, there was an altercation between members of the Peas and Hilton (real name Mario Armando Lavandeira) in Toronto last week, following the Much Music Video Awards. To cut a long story short, the Peas weren't happy with negative comments Hilton had made about their new album (The E.N.D) and single (Boom Boom Pow). Things came to a head outside the Cobra Club in the early hours and Hilton was allegedly assaulted by Black Eyed Pea's manager, Polo Molina.

While no one is denying Hilton was struck by 'someone', the circumstances surrounding the punch are generating far more interest than the actual assault. Basically, Hilton is getting very little sympathy from anyone, and that probably has a lot to do with him calling Will.I.Am, the Black Eyed Peas frontman, a "fa...t" just before he was struck. Even the the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation has called on Hilton to apologise for using the gay slur.

Hilton responded by saying, "I am saddened GLAAD chose to victimise me further by criticising me for how I non-violently dealt with a very scary situation that, unfortunately, turned violent". In the meantime, Hilton is suing Molina for over $25,000 to cover "intentional infliction of emotional distress".
