Put your detective skills to work as you unravel and solve a murder mystery over a three-course dinner set in 1928.

Editorial

Do you consider yourself to be a bit of a criminal mastermind? Always guess “who dun it” on CSI? Well this is your chance to put your detective skills where your mouth is – quite literally. Agatha Christie in spirit – all cut glass accents, pearls, flapper dresses, army outfits and monocles – with lashings of sexual innuendo and double entendres, A Dinner to Die For is a theatrical three-course murder mystery dinner which will satiate your thirst and help you to solve a murder mystery.

Set in 1928, Lord Quinten Daventry hosts his party bash. Rumour in social circles is that he will announce his engagement to Miss Fanny but there is trouble…As guests arrive to dinner they are allocated a role and encouraged to indulge their inner artist by dressing and behaving in character – from the flighty Miss Fanny to the blustering, big-bellied chauvinist Uncle Bernie. Mingling over a three-course dinner, subplots emerge and the evening begins to gather pace and spices up into a hilarious romp peppered with murder, mayhem, disembodied limbs and suitably hysterical screams.

A Dinner to Die For will start at 7:30pm on Saturday, 5 and 12 December and set you back $80 per person.
